Chimmichurri sauce is an Argentine sauce with a bright, rich, zippy garlic flavor that is perfect for grilled meat! Only takes about 10-15 minutes to whip up and should be one of those great basic sauces you should have in your grilling repertoire. J
2 cups chopped parsley leaves and stems
4 garlic cloves or 1-2 Tbsp pre-minced garlic
2 minced shallots
1 teaspoon oregano
1 Tbsp sea salt (adjust salt and pepper to taste once blended)
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or 1 jalapeño or Fresno chili pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Just chop up and blend all of the following ingredients and add to your grilled meat!
