An anonymous do-gooder from reddit sent me this great book. Anyone that knows me knows I frequent the local food trucks for grub. I have oft-lamented the dearth of suitable food trucks here, after being spoiled and surrounded by them in Portland.
This book has a great insight to the food truck culture. It has insightful interviews with owners, the internet culture surrounding them, city-based maps of food truck enclaves and best of all : great recipes! I am seriously homesick after seeing the detailed Portland food truck spot: Cartopia.
